02What data we collect
When you call us or request a locksmith
- Your name and phone number
- The address where the job takes place
- Details of the problem (for example lockout, broken lock, uPVC door fault)
- Information needed to confirm you have the right to access the property, such as proof of residence or ID, checked on site by the technician
- Payment and invoicing details for the work carried out
- Call details such as the date, time and length of the call. If calls are recorded, you will be told at the start of the call.
When you use the Website
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited
- Information about how you reached the Website, such as the ad you clicked (Google Click ID)
- Your cookie preferences

04Who we share your data with
- Locksmith technicians who attend your job, so they can contact you and complete the work.
- Service providers who help us run the business: telephony and call-tracking providers, website hosting, email and accounting software.
- Google (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), only where you have accepted cookies.
- Authorities such as the police, HMRC or courts, where we are required by law or need to prevent crime.
All service providers act on our instructions and must keep your data secure.
05International transfers
Some of our providers, including Google, may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, the transfer is protected by UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

- Job, invoice and payment records: 6 years from the end of the financial year, as required for tax purposes
- Call records and recordings: up to 12 months, unless needed for a complaint or dispute
- Website and advertising data: in line with the durations set out in our Cookie Policy
